Returns & Refunds

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email orders@mainpeptides.com for assistance.

Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support and delivery.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order.

We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Because of the nature of our products and our quality standards, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and untampered with.

Eligibility Requirements (Strict)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Order arrived with incorrect or damaged items
  • Unopened, unused, and in the exact condition received
  • Original packaging intact, including any tamper-evident seal (if applicable)
  • All original components included (vials, packaging, inserts, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

If an item has been opened, used, reconstituted, or shows signs of tampering, it is not eligible for return.

Return Processing Fee 

Approved returns are subject to a 15% return processing fee, deducted from your refund, to cover inspection, verification, labor, and payment processing costs. Returned items are not restocked or resold. 

  • The return processing fee is calculated as 15% of the product price paid for the returned item(s) (i.e., the post-discount amount shown on your order confirmation), excluding taxes and shipping.
  •  The return processing fee is separate from any return shipping label cost (if applicable), which may also be deducted as described below.
  • This fee does not apply when the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, verified damage in transit, etc.) 

Important Compliance Note

Our products are sold for research use only. Any mention or indication of personal use (human or animal) violates our website guidelines and voids eligibility for returns/refunds under this policy.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To request a return, contact us at service@mainpeptides.com within 48 hours of order delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (brief)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and (when applicable) a return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided after approval. 

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
  • If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • All approved returns are subject to the 15% return processing fee described above, unless the return is due to our error. 


Damages, Wrong Items, or Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@mainpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging/shipping label

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right when it’s verified. Delivery is determined by the carrier’s tracking status marked “Delivered.” 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered products (including broken seals)
  • Items returned without an approved RMA

What Happens to Returned Items

For safety, integrity, and compliance reasons:

We do not restock or resell returned items. All returns are quarantined and disposed of.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of approval status.

If approved, you will be refunded by Zelle or an alternative payment method decided by Main Peptides.

If your return is received and found ineligible (opened/tampered/etc.), we may refuse the return and either:

  • ship it back to you at your expense, or
  • dispose of it (if return-shipping back isn’t feasible for compliance/safety reasons)
